• Vendor Hold Harmless Agreement
If you are hosting an event where you have vendors, this form must be signed by all vendors. Vendors should also provide you with a certificate of insurance naming Special Olympics Virginia as additionally insured.

Special Olympics is exempt from sales tax for many purchases. This letter can be copied and presented to a retailer when making a purchase for Torch Run activities.
