About Torch Run
2013 marks the 28th anniversary of the Virginia Law Enforcement Torch Run. Since 1986, the Torch Run has raised more than $14 million dollars for Special Olympics Virginia. Through events both large and small, the Torch Run has proven to be a critical part of the Special Olympics Virginia family.
